• Digital Products: Purchases of digital guides and products are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
• Consultation Rescheduling: Consultations may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice.
• Missed Calls: Missed consultation calls or no-shows may be strictly non-refundable.
• Pricing Changes: Pricing and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Story of KT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our content, consultations, or relocation services.
