Do I need to book a consultation first?
No. Requesting a local provider introduction is free and does not require booking a Move Clarity Call. Consultations are optional and reserved for personalized planning strategy.
Does a referral guarantee the provider's work?
No. Introductions are made for convenience. Service quality, outcomes, contracts, and legal compliance remain entirely between you and the independent provider.
Are providers available in every city?
No. Available categories and active providers vary by city. Coverage is primarily centered in major hubs like Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi.
Who sets the price for referred services?
Each independent service provider sets their own prices and billing terms. The Story of KT does not control or dictate their service rates.
Can KT help with visas, legal, tax or medical needs?
KT does not provide legal, immigration, tax, or medical advice. For these regulated areas, we can introduce you to independent professionals, but you should verify all requirements with official authorities.
What happens if there is no suitable partner available?
Submitting a request does not guarantee a connection. If no suitable or qualified partner is available for your request or location, I will let you know directly.
Does KT get paid?
Some businesses in the network pay a monthly membership fee for listing visibility. This commercial relationship does not bypass our application review process or guarantee KT endorsement.

Can anyone pay to be listed?
No. We review all applications manually. We only approve partners who submit valid business operating registration and have an active track record. Payment alone does not buy approval.
When does billing start?
You are not billed during review. Billing only begins after your application is reviewed, accepted, and you complete secure checkout via Stripe.
What happens if an application is not approved?
If we cannot verify your operating documents or if the service does not fit our network needs, the application will be declined. No fees will be charged.
What documents are required?
You must upload a copy of your business license or registration and proof of active operations in Vietnam during the application process.
What does launch partner pricing mean?
The launch rate is guaranteed for as long as your membership stays active. If a membership lapses or is canceled, reactivation will use the active public rates at that time.
